  • 2 Cups (500ml) chilled coconut water
  • 1 60g pkt of Baby Spinach
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 Ripe avocado, cut in half and remove stone, remove the peel, and roughly chop
  • 1 lime, zested, peeled, and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • 1 tsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp Black chia


  •  Place all chopped avocado, spinach, cucumber, apple, coconut water, ginger, lime and ice into a blender.
  •  Blend until smooth.
  •  Pour the avocado mixture evenly between serving glasses.
  • Sprinkle evenly with the lime Zest, pepitas, and chia seeds.

Serve immediately.
