Causes bloating stomach

I suggest you examine what causes bloating stomach, is there a certain time, or a component of food? You could be intolerant to a food group – lactose, gluten, wheat, soy, etc.
If you suspect intolerance, cut out the said food component from your diet for at least 2 weeks and see if your symptoms improve, and then introduce it into your diet again to see if you feel poorly. This will most likely confirm any suspicions.
If none of these work, try consuming more probiotics – yogurt, kombucha, kimchi, kefir, etc. The good bacteria in these foods will improve your digestion. If don’t hesitate to consult a doctor.
How To Reduce Bloating
There are various ways of reducing that bloated feeling. Eating fibrous foods such as:
- Mangos – are rich in vitamin and minerals
- Brocolli – full of neurient and fibre
- Pears with skin for fibre
- Mint and chamomile tea hold properties that help in relieving digestion and stomach pains.
You can either purchase mint or chamomile teabags, or you could use fresh mint leaves or dried chamomile flowers from the garden and Steep them in hot water and benefit from instant bloating and gas relief.
- You could try garlic supplements that are available at health food stores, but fresh garlic has properties that stimulates the gastric system may provide faster relief.
Garlic soup will help deliver garlic to you gastric system quicker due to the warm water. Mincing a couple of cloves mixed with olive oil and sautéing them and adding broth made from chicken or vegetables simmer for a few minutes and consume while hot.
